Taking cues from the natural world, we invite you to explore and embrace your unique creative path. This therapeutic retreat is a haven where Art is free of rules, truly guided by your intuition, and fuelled by the pure joy of the process.

Hosted by Michelle Springett and Sandi Foley De Vincenzo, two amazing Art Therapists who just love bringing your creativity to life with their two day program. Together they really do jam pack a lot into the weekend, making it 'serious fun'. ​ Imagine two whole days immersed in Art, overlooking the tranquil views of Lake Illawarra, breathing in the fresh air, and absorbing the stunning grounds of Golden Ridge which are simply spectacular with each day presenting new opportunities to explore your artistic passion. The breathtaking views of Golden Ridge provide an endless source of inspiration, encouraging you to go deeper into your creative soul. We will delve into the depths of holisitic creativity with many activities planned that will inspire you. Saturday night dinner will be held in a secret location for just our retreat participants. We want this weekend to be all about YOU!
